1. Service and devices
Swimiyo can read swim workouts you allow in Apple Health on iPhone, and show synced workouts, comparisons and simulated replays on iPhone and Android. Workout details are uploaded after you select records and confirm; the app also uses workout identifiers to check sync status for your current account. The Apple Watch app can sync over an available network. A compatible iPhone is needed to set up the watch and install its app. After setup, everyday viewing on Android does not depend on an iPhone. Direct iPhone import uses records already available in Apple Health. System updates, re-pairing or reinstallation may still require an iPhone. Support depends on your device and system version.
2. Accounts and permission
You must be at least 18, provide a working email address and protect your account. Revoke connections for lost devices promptly. Upload only data you are entitled to use; do not use someone else's account or unauthorized health information. Account-policy acceptance and system health permissions are separate.
3. Data and analysis
Results depend on your device, permissions and source records. Sensors, metrics and simulated replays may be inaccurate. Swimiyo is not for diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or water-safety monitoring. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you feel unwell.
4. Reasonable use
Do not attack or abuse the service, bypass access controls or upload unlawful content. We may restrict actions that threaten security, explaining the reason and providing support where possible. We will not keep using health data to avoid an erasure request.
5. Content and pricing
You keep your rights to your workouts and feedback. We process them only for the purposes in the privacy policy. Do not impersonate our brand or misuse protected app content. Paid features are not currently enabled. Any future charges will be shown with prices and conditions in advance; these terms alone do not create a payment obligation.
6. Changes and responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service. Networks, devices and third-party services may cause sync failures or interruptions. We aim to give advance notice of major changes. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Leaving and resolving issues
You can stop using Swimiyo and delete your account under the privacy policy. Uninstalling is not deletion. Contact [email protected] if you have a problem. You can still seek remedies through courts or authorities with jurisdiction. These terms do not limit your consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Independent product and updates
Swimiyo is independently operated, without official affiliation or endorsement from Apple or Google. Apple Watch, iPhone and Google Play belong to their respective owners. Updated terms carry a version and effective date; material changes will be notified or require renewed consent as applicable.
