Delete in the app
Go to Profile → Account security → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm. Credentials are disabled immediately while background erasure continues; acceptance is not proof that erasure is complete.
Cannot use the app?
Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete Swimiyo account”. Ask us to delete your account and uploaded workouts. We acknowledge within 3 business days and confirm your intent through the registered email address. Do not send passwords, ID documents or workout files.
What is erased, and when?
Within 7 calendar days of accepting a verified request, we erase online account data, uploaded workout summaries and files, linked feedback, watch connections and verification records. Database backups expire within 30 days; restored accounts are disabled again. A restore guard containing only IDs and timestamps is kept for up to 31 days. Separate support emails are kept up to 90 days after closure, and self-managed service logs for up to 12 days under normal daily rotation. Legally necessary exceptions are limited in purpose and duration.
What is not erased?
This does not delete Apple Health or other apps’ records. You may need to clear device caches and queued Watch files separately. Uninstalling is not account deletion. See the privacy policy.
